Hey @everyone,

Coming at you with an announcement. This time about Azerite infused weapons, armor, and ammunition!

We've progressed far enough into the expansion where azerite has become common enough where champions and NPCs now have the option to have azerite infused gear. This means that you, yes YOU, can shoot azerite bullets, have azerite swords and protect yourself better with azerite armor!

That said, beyond the fluff effect of being infused with azerite, these will give no special abilities beyond hurting more, blocking more, and having a bigger punch behind the blast. Anything that has an effect will be a drop from a dungeon or from a legendary effect.

As a reminder, not all azerite will explode on contact. Only azerite that is meant to explode or raw azerite is in danger of erupting like that. So, you're safe wearing it. A gunshot isn't going to send you flying.

We also will not allow hearts of azeroth to render another player's weapon/armor useless without express permission from them by OOC communication. If they say no, then they say no.

As always, if you have any questions, reach out to us in QfS or by CTS!
