These morphs are not allowed under any circumstance, due to various reasons such as over reaching power, limited examples of the npc, lack of RP-ability in any capacity beyond an event character. Tier 5 morphs are subject to change but ONLY with staff approval for such. If there is a morph on this list that you really want to do, and have a great idea for it, please make a CTS and make a case. THIS IS NOT A PROMISE IT WILL HAPPEN. Please do not apply for these morphs in the morph section, as they will be denied.
