[SOLVED] download

having trouble opening the link Aze put up for the package, because its .rar, and my computer doesn't know what to open it with.. Do any of you know what to do?

If you have no programs to open up .rar's, get something like 7zip or WinRaR

Thanks for that part rocky... now I have the new problem when I open the freedom.exe it says it can't stream the archive data and to check my network connection... any suggestions? I changed both the enUs and EnGB realmlists. both in my original wow folder and the downloaded 4.3.4 one

Try deleting Data\Cache contents. That error usually means that some of the archives in cache are corrupted and cannot be streamed.

delete the whole data folder? or just cache? and in the 4.3.4 folder or the whole WoW folder as well as the 4.3.4 folder?

Delete everything inside Cache folder within Data folder, within your WoW installation directory.

I have followed the instructions to download the .rar folder and changing the realmlist but when I try to log into my account it says "There was an error logging in" could someone please help me thank you.

When you changed the realmlist did you make sure it says "Set realmlist..." ? Because when that happened to me, I forgot to add the "set realmlist" part

Yes I did set realmlist play.wowfreedom-rp.com. I did though have the folder in /D: but changed it to C but still doesn't work. Also I didn't originally have wow before I downloaded the .rar folder.



Do I need to download all of the expansions again? Because I thought the download was with all the expansions. Or do I need to download the wow client and access wow from that instead of Freedom.exe?

So firstly I see you have followed all the steps in the guide!

But lets go over some quick trouble shooting things.

• Is your realmlist.wtf saved? (Remember to save the notepad as it won't work if you haven't)
  
  
• Just to be sure again your realm list should look like the below.

• If everything still isn't working for you make sure you have made your account correctly.

  you need to make sure you created an in game account via

  as the normal account creation on the site does not work for an in game account.
