A Vale Destroyed...
While the Heroes of Pandaria rested from their bout with Ordos and prepare for the upcoming battles, Garrosh Hellscream took a more proactive role and launched a surprise attack on The Vale in the early morning. Coming out of hiding ever since most of his Horde turned on him, the Warchief has taken the item of great power and terrible nature from under Pandaria. What happened next would change the face of Pandaria forever. Battling his way through Shado Pan and Golden Lotus and their leader Taran Zhu, Garrosh unleashed the Heart of an Old God. Realizing it needed power, he threw it into the Vale's waters.
All across Pandaria its Heroes and inhabitants would see a great and terrible shining light as the sha energies tore the Vale apart. Now the Vale is mostly destroyed, the Golden Lotus dead, Taran Zhu missing and Garrosh gone with the Heart...
<COLOR color="#EE4A2D"><s></s>The Final Battle Approaches...
Outside of Pandaria both Vol'jin and his allies as well as the Alliance are ready to strike at Garrosh's Throne of power, Orgrimmar. The city has become a fortress, with legions of Kor'kron ready to fight and die for their Warchief. And with what Garrosh did to the Vale...there is no telling what other creatures lay within the city.
<COLOR color="#EE4A2D"><s></s>Ending Hellscreams Regin
The Heroes of Panaria, Horde, Alliance and otherwise are being called to this final showdown. Before they can help with the attack on Orgrimmar however, they must contain the horrors unleashed in the Vale. Should they succeed, then they shall travel to Durotar and confront all the terrors Hellscream himself has created. Then, should they survive...will finally confront Garrosh himself.

This final raid of Mists is upon us! For the entire month of August we shall be doing the Siege of Orgimmar Raid on Fridays and Saturdays.. Look at the end of the announcement for the shecdule and times.
The Vale of Eternal Blossoms has been destroyed by Garrosh's reckless actions and thus is no longer pristine. To change the Vale from its peaceful looking state to its sha corrupted form, go into your World folder and rename the Maps and Minimaps sub folders. However, DO NOT delete the folders as you will need to change the names back if you want to see the restored Vale after SoO is over.
