Ok, this might sound dumb .... but here goes .... Can NPC's talk ? Or can characters control the NPC in a way that they can speak ? If it's possible to make a NPC to talk, how to do, or what are the commands ?

[/quote]Yes NPCs can talk but the commands to make them talk are available only for staff and storytellers
