Moved to Help/Support.

Seems like e-mail addresses look legit, so what kind of third-party did you use on your retail WoW?

Regardless, your only option is to contact Blizzard and deny claims of hacking/botting or w/e ("hacking" from now on). Apologizing for hacking will just confirm their supposed evidence and then your account is permanently gone with no appeal chances. People usually make up stories about being hacked or simply playing dumb that they have no idea why it happened to their account, that they clearly weren't responsible for that.

So my suggestion is for you to try and convince em that you didn't use third-party whatever and most importantly be very polite to their support during this process.
Tried to appeal it, pretty much told me "We have proof but wont give it to you, so you are perma banned GG 10/10 Blizzard swag yolo."

So its whatever
<del>I had a side account banned for hacking after it got hacked itself. Instead of going through the trouble I just explained I had a keylogger (which I didn't -- my password was just like 123iamme or something) and it was cleared up. Unsure if that still flies, however. But you shouldn't give any admission of guilt. do not apologize. Exclaim your innocence completely through. They are hungry, hungry banners. HUNGRY FOR BLOOD. </del>

i posted too late. Sorry for the bad news. Dx
Unless you did something that you're not telling us (Not an attack, so don't take it that way!Wink this usually means that your account was compromised. Depending on the severity that was done, it'll be harder or easier to fix. So it completely depends on what you're appealing. Make a claim that perhaps your account was compromised, and usually Blizzard is pretty good at finding it out. You may still have to do a lot after to prove it's your account though. (When this happened with me, I had to sent a copy of my birth certificate to Blizz as identification because I was under 18 at the time).
