I have completely reinstalled WoD but I keep getting the message:

If you haven't already please try these touble shootings steps.

And please check over the installation steps throughly once more.
And if all else fails, some more information would be helpful, Os, which patch you applied and where you got it from, whats the contents of your config file.

Someone might want to add this error message fix to trouble shooting:
Step #1: Make sure your dns is set to something neutral like google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
Step #2: Make sure all your proxy settings are turned off if you don't use a proxy.
That was the fix for my issue.
