It's been a while since we updated the status of Non-Pandaria races using Chi! At this time we are allowing any Non-Pandaria native races to be able to use chi in battle, and combat. They can now focus it more easily!
If you are interested in doing a combination school, of any of the pre-existing four, (Tiger, Crane, Serpent, Ox) please do make a CTS, so it can be discussed with the staff on how abouts this could come to surface. An example is the, "School of the Crouching Tiger" used by Kukamang, it stems from a small school in the mountains of Kun-lai, and is a mix of Ox and Tiger, a small school but distinct enough.
Please bare in mind that more complex forms and spells of chi may not be used at this time, things like Transcendence, Touch of Death, Paralysis, Invoking any of the Celestials, Chi Torpedo, Jade Lightning, and Rushing Jade. This is based on the fact that it is more difficult to project the chi that's being used at this stage. You can of course learn some of these in a natural progression.
