Those custom patches will not work on MoP client as they are intended for the current Cataclysm client of our Cata server. MoP is currently in testing phase and only the game object (wow-update-base-18548.MPQ) works.
Currently MoP server is not meant for roleplay due to your character stuff being deleted and replaced with latest version from cataclysm server. This will happen until MoP server is marked for release and the Cataclysm server is put down.
