WoD launcher not appearing after launch.

Just recently the WoD launcher would not appear as a game-window and instead, runs in the background. I've deleted the cache but to no avail. I've also deleted the cache and booting it, re-checking and unchecking the 'read-only' box. Destroyed Windows Defender and the firewall settings. What do?
