I'm Erkor, from Germany, and found this server from Biggrouse's recommendation to check it out. I've RP'd since 2011-ish on private and retail servers, HL2RP, Star Wars, Elder Scrolls and some others.

Here's a question or two:
1) Is the Necromancer Morph รก la Gothik allowed? (ID is 25200!
2) Is making a ghost character, assuming it's kept within reason, permitted, locked behind an application or forbidden completely?

1. Yes since there are several recolours of the same morph as well
2. As for your second question it would require a morph app as it is tier1
Tier 1
Morphs in this section require a small application on the forums of around 4 lines, giving a simple explanation of the character.
You do not need to explain what you are going to do with the character. However, please bare in mind that the staff still reserve the right to question you if we hear or see that you are being silly, or playing a race wildly incorrectly.
These can be approved during the week.

Yeah, I already transferred a char of mine from the wiki. Considering the only progress is from the backstory, which has nothing regarding char progression, I think it'd work out.
