Hey guys I wanted just two quick and separate announcements.
We have noticed there is a massive disparity among the Alliance military in relation of Officer to non-officers. To keep this from further getting out of control, we ask that from now on any Military Guild, Horde or Alliance, that is thinking about promoting a player past the roll of Knight or BloodGuard to make a CTS thread letting the staff know they plan to promote someone.
Separately, I do want to make it known that when a staff member makes a decision in a CTS thread is not their decision alone. We always come to a decision together before we make a reply. While you might see two or three of the same staff members reply to you, this does not mean they are the only one making decisions. Normally that person is chosen as a mouthpiece to voice the staff concerns, approval or thoughts. We hope this alleviates some concerns that only a few staff members are a part of the process of looking over and deciding on CTS questions.
