Installation

I am running into a CAS error, but everytime i download it seems fine except i can't seem to get the tc_bundle.txt to every appear anywhere. I even checked all the subfiles. Where can i get it?

The Tc_bundle.txt is available in the Freedom Essentials Patch ( reference step 4. in the connection guide)
