Custom Patches Not Working In-Game

Hi,



I recently downloaded the custom patches for Freedom (both the global objects patch and the Death Knight skin patch), primarily since I am intending to use the Death Knight's skin on a Hunter character I plan on roleplaying as a Dark Ranger. However, the effects of these patches do not seem to appear in-game on my computer (i.e. the Death Knight skins are not globalized across all races).



Here are the contents of my Wow/Data and enGB folder.
