Bat and Gryphon Riders in Nagrand - Maforis - 07-27-2016
In Nagrand in Garadar and Telaar, there are Bat riders and Gryphon riders flying above the cities.
They are not deletable and have the error message when you try. They also aggro to you and follow you around the area for a long distance away from their normal spawn point.

The bug also extends to Allerian Stronghold and the Horde settlement in Terrakar Forest.

It seems they are temporary NPCs. I will modify commands a bit so that some essential NPC commands can interact with temporary NPCs such as delete and set faction.
