So I'm new here and first things first is there a way to avoid downloading the entire game? for example a steaming client where you only download essential data and slowly download each zone you go throw.
Also I'm fine with whatever Lore as long as it has orcs and drak Horde orcs.

No, sadly there is not client version to my awareness that works with are custom patch that can stream like you are asking about. <E>
