What happened: If you type .f speed 10, it will cause you just to walk fast. However if you lower it back to 1, it causes your character to walk in slow motion and force you to log out to fix.

Where: Anywhere.

How: Said above.

Is it just .f speed or does it also happen on, say, .f fly 10 or .f run 10 and etc. ?

It does still happen during fly and run I'm afraid. Still have to remedy it by log out.
