I don't know where to put this just yet so I'm posting it here. This is how you add items that are upgraded. We're going to be using the Crystalfire Spellstaff for this purpose.
<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">First, you have the ID of the staff, 113134. So normally you'd do, .additem 113134. Doing this now will only add the unupgraded version. To add the upgraded 705 version, you're going to need to add a bit more to the command. It will be as follows:
.additem 113134 1 620
So, the "1" is how many you want to add (this is required) and then 620 is the actual upgrade ID. You can find this by going to WoWHead, using their item version tool and then looking at your URL to find the end digits which will indicate upgrade-version.

It's kind of confusing so I'm going to do it again with a different item.
This will be for Warmaster's Firestick. The ID for the item is 113131 but you want the 705 version. You're going to use the command as follows:
.additem 113131 1 620
620 will be the 705 version of every crafted weapon. The command is exactly the same for armour but it has a different upgrade ID you need to stick at the end.
For Hexweave Cowl for example, you'd use
.additem 114810 1 618 and then you'll have the 715 version. </div>
Aze or Crow might be able to explain this better since I haven't slept in like 35 hours. But, it's a pretty basic command. If you can't figure it out just let me know and I'll help you out. It's daunting until you do it.
